Ingénieur et résistant il fût arrêté le 21.01.1943 et emprisonné à la Kazerne Dossin. \r\nOvchie Lempert a été déporté par le XXème convoi du 19.04.1943 vers Auschwitz, où il fut assassiné.\r\n\r\nLe 4 février 2017 le premier  Pavé en sa mémoire a été posé à Gand par Günter Demnig, à la demande de son
